Valentines Menu Offered At Bald Headed Bistro

Dinners looking for a romantic evening on Valentines weekend will find a special three-course menu at The Bald Headed Bistro, fine-dining restaurant located in Cleveland, Tn.

Patrons may customize their Valentines dinner with options aimed for all palettes. The full menu may be viewed online at www.baldheadedbistro.com.

The special menu is being offered for $49 per person. It will be served Friday through Sunday this weekend.

The menu’s main course includes a choice between rotisserie roasted beef tenderloin filet topped with Hudson Valley Foie Gras or fresh herb crusted Hawaiian sea bass served with saffron rice, vegetable julienne, a chive butter sauce and topped with fried calamari.

Other menu features include a Baked Alaska desert with Spumoni ice cream and Genoise cake or a Chocolate Trio with Godiva cheesecake and chocolate truffles with white chocolate sauce.

The Bald Headed Bistro is located at 201 Keith Street in the Village Green Town Center. Reservations may be made by calling 423 472-6000.

Man Tells Police He Just Murdered His Wife
