Memorial Health Care System and Sparq Creative of Port Saint Lucie, Fla., received two Silver ADDY Awards from the Treasure Coast Advertising Federation for Memorial’s Annual Cancer Report and the Memorial Diabetes and Nutrition flier.
“We are honored to have received awards in these extremely competitive markets,” says Lisa McCluskey, Vice President of Marketing Communications at Memorial. “We believe effective communication is one of the foundations of our success.”
The Treasure Coast ADDY Awards competition is the first tier of a three-tier national competition conducted annually by the American Advertising Federation. Treasure Coast ADDY Awards winners are eligible to compete in the second tier of the competition at the district level. The district winners are then eligible for the ultimate competition, the national ADDY, presented in June. The ADDY Awards are the world's largest advertising competition.
This year’s Treasure Coast ADDY competition received a record 189 entries. Winners were announced March 4 at an awards ceremony in Stuart, Fla.
The national ADDY Awards Program is the world’s largest advertising competition, with more than 600,000 entrants each year. It is operated by the American Advertising Federation, a not-for-profit industry association conducts the ADDY Awards through its 200 member advertising clubs and 15 districts. It is the only creative awards program administered by the advertising industry for the industry.
