Benchmark Physical Therapy Named Finalist For Case In Point Platinum Awards

BenchMark Physical Therapy has been named one of three finalists in the category of Rehabilitation Case Management in the first annual Case In Point Platinum Awards.

“BenchMark has invested a lot of resources to build their Workers’ Compensation program,” says Kathy Wilson, BenchMark’s worker’s compensation case manager. “It is wonderful for our company to be recognized on a national platform.”

According to the Dorland Health website the award, “provides recognition to the exceptional work and esteemed value delivered across the folds of case management.

” Furthermore Dorland Health, “seeks to honor those programs that best educate and empower patients, improve adherence and wellness, manage quality care, and contain health care costs.”

Case In Point is the official magazine of the Case Management Society of America published by Dorland Health, a publisher in the health care business.

The 25 winners and additional honorable mentions will receive their Case In Point Platinum awards and will be honored at a luncheon on April 20, at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. The event will be promoted to the White House, the national press, Legislative Representatives and their health care staffers.

Ms. Wilson said, “I look forward to the opportunity to share best practices with other leaders in the field of Workers’ Compensation.”

Man Tells Police He Just Murdered His Wife

An Chattanooga man told police Monday night that he had just murdered his wife.  Police said Robert Lee Hardnett, 50. showed up at the County Jail to turn himself in at 8:40 p.m. He said his wife's body could be found at his place of employment, Power Supply Company, 1907 Daisy St.   Officers responded to that address and found the body of 34-year-old Elizabeth ... Red Bank Commissioners Choose Kenneth Welch To Replace Greg Jones; Jeno Won't Run Again

Thank You, Judge Mattice And Chattanooga

I would like to thank Judge Mattice for handing down a 30.5 year sentence for Kathleen Mathews.  Obviously, no amount of jail time, fines, or lashings can bring back Tim Chapin.   A 30-year sentence will, however, make the world just a little safer.  That's what Sgt.
