Abba’s House will host The “X” Movement on April 10, from 6-9 p.m.
Organizers said, "God says sound the trumpet and gather 3000 young people together. Gather together in the Valley at Abba’s House, because it's time to speak to the dry bones and tell them to live."
The “X” Movement was conceived during a youth conference the summer of 2009 by Roger Woods, chaplain for the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Each conference, youth would share with Chaplain Woods how The Word spoken over them transformed their lives; it met them right where they were.
It was then that God spoke to him and said, “You are waiting for certain doors to be opened when I have called you to open the doors for this generation to walk through. You are to birth the next great awakening through this generation with The “X” Movement. This Movement will not be a revival, but a revolution.”
"God has called us to encourage, enrich and empower this generation, and lead them to be an e”X”ample in word, conversation, love, spirit, faith and purity by bringing the masses together. (Acts 2:1-4)
"So come and be apart of The “X” Movement, hear the powerful words of UT Chaplain Roger Woods, meet UT athletes, and watch the revolution begin."
