Catoosa County Arrest Report March 5-11

Catoosa County Sheriff Phil Summers said officers and detectives answered 1,647 calls in the period March 5-11. He said 72 were booked on a total of 129 counts.

The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Sheriff Summers reported that in addition to answering 1,647 calls, the following arrests were made.


Ronald Edward Wilson, age 22, of 230 Everett Road Ringgold, Ga. was arrested March 5, 2010 for Probation Violation and Failure to Register as Sex Offender. No bond has been set. Wilson remains incarcerated at CCDC.


Larry Dean Pierce, age 52, of 156 Springvale Lane Rock Springs, Ga. was arrested March 7, 2010 for 3 counts of Child Molestation. Bond was set at $30,000.00. Pierce remains incarcerated at CCDC.


Randal Travis Brown, age 21, of 1172 Colbert Hollow Rd, Rocksprings Ga. was arrested March 8, 2010, for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Brown remains incarcerated at CCDC.


Timothy Franklin Tackett, age 27, of 120 Everglades Blvd, Rossville Ga. was arrested March 8, 2010, for Possession of a Schedule IV Drug, No Insurance, Suspended License, Possession of a Schedule III Drug and Drugs to be kept in Original Container. Tackett was released on a $14,500.00 bond.


Michael Devon Aragon, age 23, of 178 Timothy Dr, Ringgold Ga. was arrested March 9, 2010, for Possession of Marijuana less 1oz and Possession of a Schedule II Drug. Bond has been set at $7,000. Aragon remains incarcerated at CCDC.


Michael Knight Eades, age 25, of 54 Mountain View Dr, Ringgold Ga. was arrested March 9, 2010, for Theft By Taking, Tire Requirements, Proof Insurance Required . Bond has been set at $6,000. Eades remains incarcerated at CCDC.


Joseph Brent Jones, age 27, of 2520 J Maxx Circle, Cleveland TN. was arrested March 9, 2010, for a Bond Surrender for Possession of Drug Related Objects, a Bond Surrender for Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Manufacture Meth, and Hold for Bradley County. Jones was sentenced to Probation and released to Bradley County, Tennessee.


Clyde Dudley Ridge, age 56, of 579 Flag Stone DR, Fort Oglethorpe Ga. was arrested March 9, 2010, for Obstruction of a 911 call, Battery (FVA), Criminal Trespass (FVA) and a Bond Surrender for Battery (FVA). No bond has been set. Ridge remains incarcerated at CCDC.


Dennis Detwon Bonds, age 27, of 2510 Latta St, Chattanooga TN. was arrested March 9, 2010, for Theft by Bringing Stolen Property into State. Bonds was released on a $5000 bond.


Mark Randall Davis, age 29, of 6253 Highway 41 Ringgold, Ga. was arrested March 10, 2010 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Davis remains incarcerated at CCDC.


Stephen Jay Baugh, age 46, of 112 Country Green Road Ringgold, Ga. was arrested March 11, 2010 for Failure to Register as Sex Offender. No bond has been set. Baugh remains incarcerated at CCDC.


Hamilton County Woman Charged With TennCare Drug Fraud

A Hamilton County woman has been charged with trying to use the state’s public healthcare insurance program to pay for a forged prescription.
