Prudential RealtyCenter.com Names Area Top Producers

Friday, March 12, 2010

The realtors and staff of the Prudential RealtyCenter.com family of home-ownership companies celebrated the success of their associates for the 25th year in a row. The brunch celebration brought over 100 professionals together to celebrate past success and inspire future excellence

Ben Kelly, owner of the firm, remarked on the morning, “While the marketplace was uneven at best, our top realtors continued to thrive due to the level of service and professionalism they bring to the job. We always gather to celebrate the hard work our professionals dedicate to their clients day in and day out.”

The top individual agent awards for the company were Linda Brock, first place, Paula McDaniel, second place, and Kim O’Leary, third place- all from the East Brainerd office.

The top three teams were The Edrington Team, The Lawrence Team and the Colvin Team, from the Downtown, Signal Mountain and Downtown offices respectively.

The rising star for the company was George Conway of the Hixson Office.

Top individual sales awards for the five branches were: Linda Brock – East Brainerd office, Sue Gee – Signal Mountain Office, Pam Gilbertson in listings and Linda Moore in sales – Hixson Office, Ann Dendy in listings and Cathy Hixon in sales- North Georgia Office, and Ned Weigel in listings and Sonja Millard in sales – Downtown Office.

“Our awards brunch is a great forum for our professionals to celebrate with their colleagues from all of the branch offices and service providers. Realtors work through so many scenarios day by day, that we sometimes forget to take a look backwards and tally our successes. To know that we’ve been doing this regularly for the better part of three decades with several realtors here for all of them gives me pride in the organization and our industry,” said Byron Kelly, broker with the firm.

Thoughts On The Mathews Sentencing

It is not by coincidence I haven’t submitted an opinion piece in some time to the Chattanoogan.  The topics I cover are generally vitriolic in regards to local political decisions and their makers regarding public safety and I do not wish to associate my name with more noble subjects such as that of the heroic death and cowardly murder of Chattanooga Police Sergeant Tim Chapin, ... Thank You, Judge Mattice And Chattanooga

I would like to thank Judge Mattice for handing down a 30.5 year sentence for Kathleen Mathews.  Obviously, no amount of jail time, fines, or lashings can bring back Tim Chapin.   A 30-year sentence will, however, make the world just a little safer.  That's what Sgt. Chapin would have wanted.  He was a protector and sacrificed his life so the rest of ... (click for more)
