Congressman Nathan Deal (R-Georgia, 9th District) will address the Walker County Chamber of Commerce at the Membership Luncheon on Tuesday, March 23. His topic of discussion will include current state issues and health care.
Since beginning his term in 1992, Rep. Deal has served on prestigious congressional committees such as Energy and Commerce. In addition, he is a multiple award winning recipient of the Spirit of Enterprise Award from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and has been awarded the Guardian of Seniors Rights Award by the 60 Plus Association.
Rep. Deal has served Georgians as a U.S. Representative; a Georgia State Senator; a Hall County Juvenile Court Judge; and Assistant District Attorney of the Northeastern Judicial Circuit of Georgia.
The program will begin at 11:50 a.m. at the Walker County Civic Center. Attendance costs are $12 for members and $22 for non-members. Reservations for the event must be received by Monday, March 22.
