East Ridge Soccer Association May Sue City Over Sports Equipment

East Ridge officials said they have been advised that the East Ridge Soccer Association Board  (ERSA) voted to file suit against the city of East Ridge "in an attempt to take away the equipment being used in support of the soccer leagues and players." Tullahoma Man Pleads Guilty In Child Pornography Case

Denver C. Cole, 40, of Tullahoma, pleaded guilty Tuesday in Federal Court in Chattanooga to receipt of child pornography in interstate commerce by means of a computer.  Sentencing is set for 9 a.m. on May 21.
