Catoosa County Sheriff Phil Summers said during the week of March 12-18 officers and detectives answered 1,521 calls.

He said 85 were booked on a total of 172 counts.

The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Joseph Hamilton Arnett, age 26, of 3613 Lakeview DR, Rossville Ga. was arrested March 12, 2010 for Distribution of Marijuana, Possession of a Firearm While Trying to Commit a Crime, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon and Theft by Receiving Stolen Property. No bond has been set. Arnett remains incarcerated at CCDC.


Stephanie Deshay Anderson, age 40, of 126 Lynchburg Ave, Chattanooga TN. was arrested March 12, 2010 for Forgery 1st Degree. Bond has been set at $3500. Anderson remains incarcerated at CCDC.


Charles Mark Crandall JR, age 24, of 159 Park Lake Rd, Rossville Ga. was arrested March 12, 2010 for Possession of Schedule IV Drugs, Drugs to be kept in Original Container, DUI, Weaving and Speeding. Crandall was released on $10,500.00 bond.


Billy Lewis Gann, age 29, of 641 Karen Dr, Ringgold GA. was arrested March 12, 2010 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Gann remains incarcerated at CCDC.


Paul Dion Hilgen, age 22, of 22 Elaine Cir, Fort Oglethorpe GA. was arrested March 12, 2010 for Peeping Tom and 2 counts of Criminal Attempt to Commit Burglary. Bond has been set at $6500. Anderson remains incarcerated at CCDC.


Allen Wayne McCloud, age 40, of 4204 10th Ave, Chattanooga TN. was arrested March 12, 2010 for Burglary. No bond has been set. McCloud remains incarcerated at CCDC.


David Edmond Rogers, age 43, of 4216 10th Ave, Chattanooga TN. was arrested March 12, 2010 for Burglary. No bond has been set. Rogers remains incarcerated at CCDC.


Daniel Alvin Jones, age 45, of 71 Woods Rd, Tunnel Hill GA. was arrested March 12, 2010 for Habitual Violator, Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Schedule II Drugs and Possession of Schedule IV Drugs. Bond has been set at $23,500. Jones remains incarcerated at CCDC.


Lisa Yvonne Smith, age 36, of 2058 Mulberry LN, Tunnel Hill GA. was arrested March 12, 2010 for Possession of Schedule III Drug, Possession of Schedule II and Possession of Marijuana with intent to Distribute. Bond was set at $3000. Smith remains Incarcerated at CCDC


Jessica Nicole Daniels, age 21, of 22514 Hwy 2, Crandall GA. was arrested March 12, 2010 for Possession of Marijuana with intent to Distribute. Daniels was released on a $2,000 bond.


Jacob Brickley Forester, age 23, of 48 Stuart Rd, Fort Oglethorpe GA. was arrested March 13, 2010 for Fugitive from TN. Forester was extradited to Tennessee.


Toni Genice Hays, age 46, of 518 Cone Dr, Fort Oglethorpe GA. was arrested March 13, 2010 for Aggravated Assault, and 2 counts of Theft by Taking. Hayes was released on a $4,000 bond.


Allen Riley Daley, age 18, of 4th Ave, Dalton GA. was arrested March 14, 2010 for Burglary, Theft by Taking and Underage Consumption. Bond was set at $9000. Daley remains at CCDC.


Tyler Evan Miller, age 17, of 2937 Lake RD, Tunnel Hill GA. was arrested March 14, 2010 for Burglary, Theft by Taking and Underage Consumption. Bond was set at $9000. Miller remains at CCDC.


Dennis Michael Cosmo, age 27, of 1305 Adie St, Phoenix AL. was arrested March 14, 2010 for Criminal Attempted – Aggravated Child Molestation, Possession of a Firearm While Trying to Commit a Crime, Conspiracy to Commit – Child Molestation and Computer Child Pornography . No bond has been set. Cosmo remains incarcerated at CCDC.

The Deer Decline At Enterprise South Nature Park
