Eight Baylor students and three faculty members will spend their spring break traveling to India as part of the annual Walkabout trip March 20-April 5.

Timothy Shober, Jimmy Caldwell, Houston Massey, Bryan Epps, Mary Katherine Fields, Alice Matlock, Mary Mattson Lewis and Carolyn Jones will travel to New Delhi, West Bengal and Sikkim where they will kayak in the foothills of the Himalayas and spend time in the homes of Tibetan families.
The students will then get on an overnight train south to Varanasi, one of the holiest cities for Hindus. They will also spend a few days of religious and cultural study on the banks of the Ganges.
Faculty members Tim Laramore, Chris Watkins, and Tim Williams are the trip leaders.
