Kathy D. Capps, 54, of Rossville, died on Saturday, March 20, 2010 at a local hospital.

She was a lifelong resident of Rossville graduating from Rossville High School in 1974. After graduation, Kathy received a master's degree in Nursing. She had worked as an RN at Erlanger Hospital, and had worked the past 23 years as a nursing consultant for the State of Tennessee.

Kathy loved her family and enjoyed traveling in her spare time.

She was preceded in death by her father, Elmer Hickman.

Survivors include her son, Keith McNeese of Rossville; daughter, Jennifer McNeese of Chattanooga; mother, Flora Hickman of Rossville; brother, Brian (Sonya) Hickman of Rossville; sister, Gail (Wayne) Fuqua of Knoxville; grandson, Matthew McNeese of Rossville; two nephews, Greg and Jacob Hickman of Chickamauga.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 24, at 2 p.m. in the South Crest Chapel. Interment will follow in the Lakewood South Memory Gardens.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 23, from 4-8 p.m. and Wednesday from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour at the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory, Rossville.

Nancy Martin Garrett, 73, died on February 9, 2012.   Survivors include her daughter, Felicia Harrisonl; sons, Anthony, Jeff and Larry; siblings, Edward Martin and Shirley Martin; other relatives and friends.   Funeral services will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 16, in the funeral home chapel. Albert C. Kiser, 102, of Chattanooga, died on Monday, Feb. 13, 2012, surrounded by family.   He was born on Dec. 27, 1909, in Somerset, Ky. to the late Albert and Ethel Kiser.   He retired from TVA after 35 years, was a member of Red Bank Baptist Church for 63 years and member of the Fellowship Class. Waldo Oran Kinser, 58, of Chatsworth, Ga., died Sunday, February 12, 2012 at his residence. Waldo was born May 12, 1953 in Ellijay, Ga., a son of the late Wilbur Oran and Texxie Dotson Kinser; and was also preceded in death by a brother, Johnny Kinser; and sister, Debbie Kinser. Man Tells Police He Just Murdered His Wife

Red Bank Commissioners Choose Kenneth Welch To Replace Greg Jones; Jeno Won't Run Again
