In recognition of Sleep Awareness Week, March 7-13, Dr. Anuj Chandra and the Advanced Center for Sleep Disorders are offering an educational seminar to the public, beginning March 11.
The seminar will provide information on how to get a good night of healthy sleep and on how to recognize and respond to serious sleep disorders, like sleep apnea, insomnia, restless leg syndrome, narcolepsy and others.
“We will show what people how to look for signs of sleep disorders in themselves and their relatives, and what they can do to be sure their sleep is healthy,” said Dr. Anuj Chandra, a board certified sleep specialist who practices in Chattanooga and the surrounding area.
The seminar will be offered four Thursdays: March 11, March 18, April 8, and April 15. (This is the same seminar, repeated on four occasions.)
To be sure the class is effective, enrollment is limited to eight to ten participants per session.
