Jaylen Ramsey
Jaylen James Ramsey “Jay-Bo,” three years, died on May 1, 2010, at a local hospital.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Patricia Curtis; grandpa, Robert J. Ramsey and cousin, Shawn K. Curtis Jr.
Survivors include his mother, Rafeyll Ramsey; sister, Ivana Ramsey; grandma, Lorene Womble; aunts, Latise Ramsey, Sheena Brock, Sherry Nation (Randy Curtis) Donna Curtis (Chris), Calandra Tumlin, Lecia Hayes; uncles, Aurello Ramsey (Jasmine Penn), Shawn Curtis (Brittany King), Robert Burgess (Sherri), Randy (Sherry) and Mike (Mona) Curtis, Patrick Hayes, Andy Brock, Darrell Burgess, James Burgess; other relatives, Destiny Ramsey, Tavaras Menifee, Aden Ramsey, Serenity and Sincere Curtis, Nautica Ramsey, Aurello Ramsey Jr., Ashlynn and Andrea Brock, Tricia, Ashley and Mary Curtis.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, May 7, at 11 a.m. at the chapel of John P. Franklin Funeral Home with Minister Jackie Swanson officiating.
The body will lie in state after noon on Thursday, May 6, at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Avenue, 622-9995.
