Catoosa County Arrest Report June 4-10

Officers and Detectives answered 1,638 calls in Catoosa County during the week of June 4-10, according to Sheriff Phil Summers. 87 were booked on a total of 153 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Sheriff Summers reported that in addition to answering 1,638 calls, the following arrests were made.

Lee Robert McGaha, age 31, of 124 Keith Rd Tunnel Hill, GA. was arrested June 4, 2010 for Fugitive from Justice. McGaha was extradited to Tennessee.

Toshia Laray Smith, age 31, of 5509 Nason Rd Ooltewah, TN. was arrested June 4, 2010 for 2 Bench Warrants. No bond has been set. Smith remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Christopher Lee Scott, age 43, of 34 Spring Cir Ringgold, Ga. was arrested June 4, 2010 for Probation Violation. Lee was released due to warrant being dismissed.

Kathleen Dawn Witt, age 25, of 18 Recker LN Rossville, GA. was arrested June 4, 2010 for Possession of Schedule III Drug with intent to Distribute and Party to a Crime. Witt was released on a $20,000 bond.

James Marshall Phillips, age 52, of 2412 Hamill Rd Hixson, TN. was arrested June 4, 2010 for Entering an Auto. Phillips was released on a $5,000 bond.

John James Elleman, age 25, of 24 Glover Knoll Rd Rossville, GA. was arrested June 5, 2010 for 2 Bench Warrants. Elleman was released due to warrants being vacated.

Anthony Steven Walden, age 54, of 2835 Ooltewah Ringgold Rd Ringgold, GA. was arrested June 6, 2010 for False Imprisonment, Terroristic Threats and Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Walden remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Kevin Anthony Wheeler, age 23, of 806 Belvoir Hill East Ridge, TN. was arrested on June 7, 2010 for Burglary. Bond has been set at $ 5000.00. Wheeler remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Patrick Johnson, age 23, of 28 Doe Lane Chickamauga, Ga. was arrested on June 7, 2010

for Aggravated Assault and Terroristic Threats. Bond has been set at $ 10,000.00. Johnson remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Kimsey Elbert Parm, age 39, of 415 Weatherford Drive Calhoun, Ga. was arrested on June 8, 2010 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Parm remains incarcerated at CCDC.

David Richard Watkins, age 30, of 411 Karen Drive Ringgold, Ga. was arrested on June 8, 2010

for Probation Violation and Failure to Register as Sex Offender. No bond has been set. Watkins

remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Joshua Randall Thornbrough, age 26, of 83 Linda Lane Ringgold, Ga. was arrested June 8, 2010 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Thornbrough remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Christopher Eric Travis, age 24, of 1050 Morrison Road Decatur, Tn. was arrested June 9, 2010

for 2 Counts of Forgery. Bond has been set at $7000.00. Travis remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Jerry Daniel Brown, age 29, of 36 Mcotis Dr Fort Oglethorpe, Ga. was arrested June 10, 2010 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Brown remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Dexter Larvarges Franklin, age 37, of 415 Fairburn Rd Atlanta, Ga. was arrested June 10, 2010 for Criminal Attempt to Commit a Crime. No bond has been set. Franklin remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Eric Lee Harris, age 20, of 161 Sherwood Forrest LN Ringgold, Ga. was arrested June 10, 2010 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Harris remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Police Blotter: Truck Drivers Steal 711 Gallons Of Diesel

Police said two men driving 18 wheelers stole 711 gallons of diesel from the Mapco on Rossville Boulevard. The diesel was valued at $2,594.44. Station employees said the pair broke out the side panel of a pump and pulled out a key. They drove off after filling up. They were described as two white males.
