A Cleveland, Tn., man who was caught delivering crack cocaine to an undercover informant at the Georgia state line has been sentenced to serve 70 months in federal prison.
Eddie Harris appeared before Federal Judge Sandy Mattice.
On March 23, 2008, authorities tracked Harris as he drove to the informant's house and delivered 33 grams of crack. Police also followed him on other occasions.
A search warrant was executed at his residence at 3136 Willow Springs Dr. and officers found 168 grams of crack cocaine, 393 grams of powder cocaine, baggies, scales and a vacuum sealer along with $13,000 in cash in a safe and a dresser drawer.
