Thursday, July 15, 2010

Re/Max Renaissance Realtors in Chattanooga has merged with Re/Max Rivergate in Polk County and plans to open a new office in Ooltewah.

Jason Farmer and Tony St. Charles will retain ownership of the company.

“We saw this as a great opportunity to combine with a company that has strong market share in Cleveland and Polk County as we move into our second location in the Ooltewah market,” said Mr. Farmer owner of Re/Max Renaissance.

Terry Barrnett, the former owner of Re/Max Rivergate, and his agents will work in the new Ooltewah office. He said, “As we continue to expand the brokerage business this location will allow us to be right in the heart of the growth areas, serving the Ooltewah, Collegedale, and Cleveland markets. Combining our efforts with Jason and Tony gives us the opportunity to grow the brand to an even greater degree in this area.”

The Ooltewah office will be located in the Publix Shopping Center at the corner of Snow Hill and Mountain View Road and is set to open in early September.

Re/Max Renaissance Realtors opened in 2006 and currently has 40 agents.

Chapin would have wanted.  He was a protector and sacrificed his life so the rest of ... (click for more)
