Catoosa County Sheriff's Report July 16-22

Officers and Detectives at the Catoosa County Sheriff's Office answered 1,733 calls during the week of July 16-22, according to Sheriff Phil Summers. 51 were booked on a total of 106 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Sheriff Summers reported that in addition to answering 1,733 calls, the following felony arrests were made.


Christopher Boran, age 22, of 23 Fran Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested o July 16, 2010 for Manufacturing Marijuana, Possession of Marijuana Less 1 oz, Possession of Schedule II, Possession of Schedule II. Boran was released on a $16,500 bond.


Christopher Ledford, age 22, of 282 Patty Road Ringgold, GA was arrested on July 16, 2010 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Ledford remains incarcerated at CCDC.


Christopher Crum, age 23, of 310 Warren Street Rossville, GA was arrested on July 16, 2010 for a Probation Violation. Crum was released on a $7000 bond.


Velma Rogers, age 61, of 295 Linda Lane Rossville, GA was arrested on July 16, 2010 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Rogers remains incarcerated at CCDC.


Daniel Markee, age 23, of 16602 American Cup Road Cornelius, NC was arrested on July 16, 2010 for theft by Bringing Stolen Property into State. Markee was released on a $5000 bond.


Nina Mundy, age 19, of 593 Anderson Road Ringgold, GA was arrested on July 16, 2010 for Manufacturing Marijuana. Mundy was released on a $5000 bond.


Ryan Weaver, age 32, of 11414 Summer City Road Spring City, TN was arrested on July 17, 2010 for Possession of Schedule IV. Bond has been set at $4000. Weaver remains incarcerated at CCDC.


Donald Roush, age 36, of 740 south Cleveland Highway Cleveland, TN was arrested on July 19, 2010 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Roush remains incarcerated at CCDC.


Jenny Stamey, age 42, of 362 Karen Drive Rossville, GA was arrested July 19, 2010 for Aggravated Assault and Criminal Trespass FVA. Stamey was released on a $5000 bond.


Dana Kirby, age 36, of 3728 Anderson Avenue Chattanooga, TN was arrested July 19, 2010 for four charges Drugs not kept in Original Container, Possession of Schedule II, Possession of Schedule IV. Kirby was released on a $10,000 bond.


Caryn Lowrance, age 33, of 140 north Nickajack Road Chickamauga, GA was arrested July 19, 2010 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Lowrance remains incarcerated at CCDC.


Christopher Boran, age 22, of 23 Fran Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested July 20, 2010 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Boran remains incarcerated at CCDC.


David Hooper, age 45, of 571 Caslteview Drive Ringgold, GA was arrested July 20, 2010 for Burglary, three charges Entering Auto, Possession of Tool for the Commission of a Crime. Hooper was released on a $23,500 bond.


Susan Sholtz, age 38, of 353 Inman Street Ringgold, GA was arrested July 20, 2010 for Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor, five charges Theft by Taking. Sholtz was released on a $17,500 bond.


Kristy Perez, age 30, of 4712 Montview Drive Chattanooga, TN was arrested July 21, 2010 for Theft by Receiving Stolen Property, Taillight Violation, Suspended License. Bond has been set at $8000. Perez remains incarcerated at CCDC.


Olvin Sanchez, age 27, of 3623 Fountain Avenue Chattanooga, TN was arrested July 21, 2010 for Aggravated Assault, Criminal Trespass. Sanchez was released on a $6,500 bond.


Jason Bates, age 37, of 601 James Street Rossville, GA was arrested July 22, 2010 for six charges of Financial Transaction Card Fraud. No bond has been set. Bates remains incarcerated at CCDC.


Vilout Sanouvong, age 26, of 2926 Kirkman Road Chattanooga, TN was arrested July 22, 2010 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Sanouvong remains incarcerated at CCDC.


Keith Killackey, age 21, of 334 Bona Vista Lane Tunnel Hill, GA was arrested July 22, 2010 for two charges of Theft by Taking. Killackey was released on a $10,000 bond.

Police Blotter: Truck Drivers Steal 711 Gallons Of Diesel

Police said two men driving 18 wheelers stole 711 gallons of diesel from the Mapco on Rossville Boulevard. The diesel was valued at $2,594.44. Station employees said the pair broke out the side panel of a pump and pulled out a key. They drove off after filling up. They were described as two white males.
