Jane Rickards "Rickie" Hopkins, 70, of Mentone, Ala., died on Monday, July 26, 2010 at her residence.
Miss Hopkins was born Sept. 24, 1939 in Tallahassee, Fla., the daughter of the late Arvah Branch Hopkins, Sr. and Rebecca Louise Rickards Hopkins. Miss Hopkins was a graduate of Florida State University and a member of Delta Delta Delta. She was a realtor and broker in Florida. She owned and operated Double "D" Stables in Tallahassee, Fla. for many years.
Survivors include her sister, Randal Hopkins Wright, Fredericksburg, Va.; and brother, Arvah Branch "Mike" Hopkins, St. Teresa, Fla.
Miss Hopkins will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
