A Chattanooga man has been charged in the boating deaths of two young men.
Bradley Scott Crain, 48, was charged with boating under the influence and two counts of criminally negligent homicide.
Best friends JaMichael Russell, 22, and Jeremy Landers, 23, died in the incident almost a year ago.
Authorities said Crain, the uncle of Landers, was drunk as he drove the boat and flipped it over. All three on board were ejected. Crain was the only one to make it to shore.
The arrest was made after toxicology reports had been received by investigators.
