East Hamilton vs Signal Mountain Football Game To Be Played At Finley Stadium

Wednesday, August 25, 2010

East Hamilton High School head football coach, Ted Gatewood, has announced that East Hamilton's game against Signal Mountain will be played at Finley Stadium Thursday, August 26th, at 7:30pm.

Although construction of East Hamilton's football field is nearly complete, lights are not scheduled to be installed until later this season, at which time the school can host home football games.

The stadium including bleachers, concession stand, restrooms, and fieldhouse will follow next year as the CaneRaiser's Booster Club continues fundraising efforts for the main athletic stadium as well as softball, football, and soccer fields.

Individuals and businesses wishing to support the stadium in East Brainerd can visit www.caneraisers.org for more information or to make online donations. There are six remaining spaces available on the football scoreboard for corporate sponsors.

Chapin would have wanted.  He was a protector and sacrificed his life so the rest of ... (click for more)
