Bluewater Grille Expands Menu

Bluewater Grille has introduced new menu items with additions that "focus on freshness and flavor while still delivering Bluewater’s signature commitment to quality."

The new menu introduces the Lobster and Shrimp Taco, which consists of sautéed lobster and shrimp in a crisp blue corn tortilla, wrapped with a soft flour tortilla with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo and a made-from-scratch citrus sauce.

Other entrees added to the new menu include:
• Cajun Fish Tacos
• Classic Club Sandwich
• Chicken & Avocado Sandwich
• Asian Ahi Tuna with Ponzu
• Pasta Primavera
• Chicken Scallopini

The latest beverage menu consists of five new specialty cocktails, including Passion Fruit Sangria, and four new wines.

In addition to other freshly brewed beers, they now serve Big River Grille’s House Brand I.P.A.

Additionally, Bluewater Grille is introducing a new Happy Hour with a re-energized array of features. Guests can enjoy $2 off all House Beers, $2 off all Wines by the glass, and $5 specialty cocktails. Appetizer specials include $5 Blue Cheese Chips, Potato Chip Nachos, and Southwest Egg Rolls. Patrons can partake in $7 Coconut Shrimp, Tavern Shrimp, and Calamari, and $11 Shrimp Combo Platter, Taster Trio Combo Platter, and Slider Combo Platter.

Happy Hour specials and pricing are available from 4–7 p.m. Monday through Friday in the bar and patio area.

Bluewater Grille is located in the heart of downtown Chattanooga on Broad Street adjacent to Big River Grille and Brewing Works in the Trolley Barn building. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week. The bar is open all day and late night seven days a week. Private Dining is available for parties from 10-60 persons. Reservations are accepted and encouraged.

Dubs Place Open In Red Bank

Dubs Place is back and better than ever. The restaurant at 4408 Dayton Blvd. has been a Red Bank institution since 1952. Man Tells Police He Just Murdered His Wife

Red Bank Commissioners Choose Kenneth Welch To Replace Greg Jones; Jeno Won't Run Again

The four remaining members of the Red Bank Commission held a special called meeting on Tuesday and chose Kenneth Welch as the replacement for Vice Mayor Greg Jones, who moved to Alaska. I would like to thank Judge Mattice for handing down a 30.5 year sentence for Kathleen Mathews.  Obviously, no amount of jail time, fines, or lashings can bring back Tim Chapin.   A 30-year sentence will, however, make the world just a little safer.  That's what Sgt.
