Charlie O'Brian Haygood, 29, of Dalton, GA departed this lifea., died on Saturday, Aug. 28, 2010 at his residence.

Charlie was born on April 14, 1981 in Dalton, Ga.

He is survived by his mother and step-father, Teresa Ann and Everett Fields of Dalton; father and step-mother, Danny and Judy Ann Haygood of East Ridge; brothers, Jesse Fields and Sylas Fields of Dalton; grandparents, Charles and Mary Ann Haygood of Cartersville, Ga. and Mary Cill Bone of Wartburg, Tn.; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Services to celebrate the life of Charlie Haygood will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 31 at 2 p.m. at the Church of God of the Union Assembly with Reverend Lonnie Starns and Reverend Rodney Kennedy officiating. He will be laid to rest at the Whitfield Memorial Gardens. Frankie Fields, Bobby Reed, Eli Jo Fields, Chris Leath, Jeff Wilson, Clancie Haygood will serve as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends on Monday, Aug. 30 from 5-9 p.m. at the Funeral Home.

Red Bank Commissioners Choose Kenneth Welch To Replace Greg Jones; Jeno Won't Run Again
