Fifth Person Arrested In Downtown Kidnapping

A fifth person has been arrested in connection with last Thursday's downtown kidnapping of a restaurant employee.

Quintez "Tez" Bulloch was charged with aggravated kidnapping, aggravated robbery, conspiracy to commit aggravated kidnapping and conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery.

Bulloch, 21, of 4601 Shawhan Road, is being held on bonds totaling $133,000.

Police said Bulloch helped pawn items taken from victim, Mychail Chunn.

Mr. Chunn was placed in the trunk of his car at gunpoint by three men while walking from Buffalo Wild Wings on Market Street to a parking lot at 2nd and Walnut.

He was held in the trunk of his car for 10 hours before finally being released. A number of items were taken from his home.

Police charged Christopher Turner, Richard Hunt, Jr. and Jeffery McClendon, Jr. with carrying out the kidnapping.

Police said Twain Jackson was involved in pawning items taken from the victim.

Jackson said Bulloch helped with pawning the items and knew about the victim being held in the trunk.

Mr. Chunn said he has decided to leave Chattanooga after the terrifying incident.
