Police are following leads in a convenience store robbery that occurred at 1706 Dodds Ave. Monday in which two men were robbed at gunpoint by two men hunting merchandise.
The Gas-N-Go store clerk, Thomas McCain, told police that the suspects came into the store asking the price of some items when suddenly, one of the suspects pulled a gun and ordered a customer to give up his money.
Police said $200 and a cell phone were taken from the customer, while a second suspect took $120 from the store register.
The two robbers then fled the store with a third suspect who was standing outside the store as a lookout.
All three suspects were described as young black males between 18 and 20 years of age.
