A Rossville, Ga., man has been brought back to Hamilton County to face a charge that he and another man committed a rape in East Lake on May 28.

Justin Franklin Bacon, 24, is charged with aggravated rape.

Michael Brandon, 22, had charges of aggravated rape and statutory rape bound over to the Grand Jury earlier.

Police said an officer was dispatched to Hutcheson Hospital in Fort Oglethorpe on May 29 on a rape report. A female said she was raped by two men at an unknown location in East Lake.

She was taken to the Rape Crisis Center, where a forensic examination showed apparent physical trauma to her private area.

She said she and her 16-year-old friend were picked up in Chickamauga, Ga., by Bacon and another man. She said they were taken to the location in East Lake, where they were given alcohol.

She said Bacon took her into a bedroom and proceeded to have sex with her against her will. She said another man, named "Rabbit", entered the room and brandished a firearm. She said "Rabbit" groped her leg with the pistol and then pushed against her private area.

She said Bacon and the other man then took turns having sex with her.

She later identified Bacon from a photo lineup.

The 16-year-old told police she saw Bacon and Simmons having sex with the other girl.
