It was announced just before game time Saturday night that Javy Guerra, already a member of the 40-man roster of the Los Angeles Dodgers, received his call to the major leagues.
As a reliever for the Lookouts, Guerra was 1-0 with 3 saves so far this season. He had pitched 17 innings, giving up eight hits, two runs - both earned, and had 15 strikeouts while giving up only five base on balls. His current ERA sits at 1.06.
He was selected by Los Angeles in the 17th round of the 2009 draft. Guerra played his college ball at Gonzaga.
