During the week of May 20-26, officers and detectives answered 1,276 calls, according to Sheriff Phil Summers of the Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office. 68 were booked on a total of 125 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Sheriff Summers reported that in addition to answering 1,276 calls, the following felony arrests were made.


Barry Lee Nichols, age 22, of 60 Kin Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested May 20, 2011 for Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute. Nichols was released on $10,000 bond.

Lensey Marie Wallace, age 21, of 1397 Keith Road Ringgold, GA was arrested May 20, 2011 for Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute. Wallace was released on $10,000 bond.

Joseph Ladarius Eastland, age 22, of 4362 Hwy 41 Ringgold, GA was arrested May 20, 2011 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Eastland remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Ashley Nichole Chandler, age 23, of 179 Martin Street Summerville, GA was arrested May 20, 2011 for a Probation Violation and Hold for Walker County S.O. Chandler was released time served and turned over to the custody of Walker County S.O.

Daniel Tyler Tilley, age 25, of 318 Catoosa Street Rossville, GA was arrested May 22, 2011 for Driving on Suspended or Revoked License and Cruelty to Children 1st Degree. Bond has been set at $10,000. Tilley remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Gregory Dewayne Kelsey, age 40, of 4543 Tricia Drive Chattanooga, TN was arrested May 22, 2011 for Possession of a Schedule I Drug. Kelsey was released on $4,500 bond.

Paul Rene Hayes, age 36, of 1431 Carousal Road Chattanooga, TN was arrested May 22, 2011 for Possession of Schedule I Drugs, Possession of Schedule IV Drugs, Drugs to be kept in Original Container, Fleeing or Attempting to Elude, Reckless Driving, and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs. Bond has been set at $20,500. Hayes remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Nathan Ryan Hudson, age 33, of 28 Topper Lane Rossville, GA was arrested May 22, 2011 for Possession of Schedule III Drugs, Possession of Schedule IV Drugs, three counts of Drugs to be kept in Original Container, Entering an Auto, Theft by Taking and Financial Transaction Card Theft. Bond has been set at $29,000. Hudson remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Craig Allen Allerding, age 39, of 584 Pine Grove Access Ringgold, GA was arrested May 23, 2011 for Entering an Auto. Allerding was released on $2,500 bond.

Christopher Douglas Pursley, age 18, of 520 Kenny Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested May 23, 2011 on Bond Surrender for Statutory Rape. Bond has been set at $10,000. Pursley remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Enrique Carlose Gandarilla, age 28, of 2631 Rocky Drive Rocky Face, GA was arrested May 23, 2011 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Gandarilla remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Billy Gerald Chastain, age 33, of 945 Townsend Lane Tunnel Hill, GA was arrested May 24, 2011 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Chastain remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Stephanie Ann Wilkes, age 40, of 215 Robert E Lee Street Ft. Oglethorpe, GA was arrested May 24, 2011 for Theft by Taking and Bond Surrender for Aggravated Assault. Bond has been set at $15,000. Wilkes remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Douglas Andrew Lemons, age 20, of 37 Dehart Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested May 25, 2011 for two counts of Riot in a Penal Institution and four counts of Interference with Government Property. Bond has been set at $15,000. Lemons remains incarcerated at CCDC.

John Abb Webb, age 49, of 1740 Post Oak Road Ringgold, GA was arrested May 25, 2011 for a Bench Warrant for two counts of Theft by Shoplifting and a Hold for Hamilton County S.O., TN. No bond has been set. Webb remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Tracy Lamont Green, age 38, of 316 Peters Street SW Atlanta, GA was arrested May 25, 2011 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Green remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Herbert Andrew Roach, age 57, of 595 Roach Hollow Road Ringgold, GA was arrested May 25, 2011 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Roach remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Dustin Edward Bowling, age 20, of 1975 Hwy 341 Chickamauga, GA was arrested May 26, 2011 for Forgery 1st Degree and a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Bowling remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Patricia Lynn Fowler, age 37, of 141 Melissa Drive Ringgold, GA was arrested May 26, 2011 for Theft by Taking. Bond has been set at $5,000. Fowler remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Richard Eugene Williams, age 23, of 326 Sparrow Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested May 26, 2011 for Theft by Taking. Bond has been set at $5,000. Williams remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Amanda Diane Wilson, age 28, of 260 McCamy Lane Rossville, GA was arrested May 26, 2011 for Financial Transaction Card Fraud. Wilson was released on $5,000 bond.


Funds Intended To Benefit Homeless And Abused Animals Stolen From Morristown Shelter

An employee of the Morristown-Hamblen Humane Society altered receipts to conceal the theft of $51,130 from the organization’s adoption fees and other funds, an audit by the Comptroller’s Division of Investigation has revealed.
