Catoosa County Arrest Report, July 1-7

Catoosa County Sheriff Phil Summers said during the week of July 1-7 officers and detectives answered 1,686 calls. He said 79 were booked on a total of 136 counts.

The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Sheriff Summers reported that in addition to answering 1,686 calls, the following felony arrests were made.

Michael Curtis Phillips, age 60, of 454 Snead Drive Crossville, TN was arrested July 01, 2011 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Phillips remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Joseph Blue Shoemake JR, age 42, of 414 Graysville Road Ringgold, GA was arrested July 01, 2011 for Theft by Conversion. Shoemake was released on $5000 bond.

Randy Mitchell Smith, age 26, of 382 Indian Springs Road Ringgold, GA was arrested July 01, 2011 for Aggravated Child Molestation, Three Counts of Child Molestation. No bond has been set. Smith remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Jeremy Lee Kinsey, age 22, of 2085 Mount Pisgah Road Ringgold, GA was arrested July 03, 2011 for Burglary. Kinsey was released on $5000 bond.

CadariusAntwone Brown, age 20, of 4901 Edingburg Drive Chattanooga, TN was arrested July 04, 2011 for Fighting in a Public Place, Aggravated Assault. Brown was released on a $6000 bond.

Dennis Glen Brownfield, age 33, of 254 East Circle Drive Rossville, GA was arrested July 04, 2011 for Entering an Auto. Bond has been set at $5000. Brownfield remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Christopher Lewayne Graham, age 36, of 284 Hillsboro Road Rossville, GA was arrested July 04,2011 for Battery (FVA), Possession of Firearm by Convicted Felon, Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Graham remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Jonathan Edward Smith, age 21, of 222 Mitchell Lane Rossville, GA was arrested July 04, 2011 for Burglary. No bond has been set. Smith remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Zackery Roy Jeffress, age 20, of 649 Carol Drive Ringgold, GA was arrested July 05, 2011 for Probation Violation, Simple Battery, Hold for Hamilton County TN. No bond has been set. Jeffress remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Joshua Cain Johnson, age 24, of 110 Chambers Street Rossville, GA was arrested July 05, 2011 for Theft by Taking. Johnson was released on a $5000 bond.

Joshua James Wint, age 18, of 132 Smith Road Ringgold, GA was arrested July 05, 2011 for Sexual Battery. Wint was released on $5000 bond.

John William Witt, age 48, of 2632 Berkley Drive Red Bank, TN was arrested July 05, 2011 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Witt remains incarcerated at CCDC.


Teddy James Adkison, age 53, of 117 East WalnutGadsen, AL was arrested July 06, 2011 for Three Counts of Criminal Attempt Aggravated Child Molestation, Three counts of Sexual Exploitation of Child Computer Pornography.No bond has been set. Adkison remains incarcerated at CCDC.

James Michael Keener, age 21, of 236 Meadowlark Drive Ringgold, GA was arrested July 06, 2011 for Sexual Battery. No bond has been set. Keener remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Charles Baxter Lillard, age 59, of 5542 Clemons Road Chattanooga, TN was arrested July 06, 2011 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Lillard remains Incarcerated at CCDC.

Charles Howard Moncier, age 39, of 3718 Balerian Drive Chattanooga, TN was arrested July 06, 2011 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Moncier remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Steven Tylor Payne, age 22, of 175 Melody Lane Rossville, GA was arrested July 06, 2011 for Battery (FVA), Criminal Trespass (FVA), Cruelty to Children 3rd Degree. Bond has been set at $4500. Payne remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Heather Lynn Posey, age 24, of 68 Sparrow Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested July 06, 2011 for Probation Violation. No bond had been set. Posey remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Michael Anthony Smith, age 55, of 40 Hillsdale Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested July 06, 2011 for Aggravated Stalking, Aggravated Assault, Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Smith remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Adam Wayne Tomlinson, age 32, of 322 B Camp Jordan Road East Ridge, TN was arrested July 06, 2011 for Bench Warrant, Theft by Shoplifting. Bond has been set at $1500. Tomlinson remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Taylor Faces Burglary Charge After Victim Takes Picture Of Tag

An arrest has been made in a burglary case after the victim interrupted the perpetrators and snapped a picture of the tag on the car they were using. Michael Eddie Taylor, 25, of 1977 Maple Hills Way, is charged with aggravated burglary. Gillespie Charged In Holdup Outside Signal Mountain Road Walmart

Police have man an arrest in connection with a holdup outside the Signal Mountain Road Walmart. Brandon Gillespie,20, of 1000 Woodfield Lane in Hixson, is charged with aggravated robbery.  In the incident on May 12, Alex Kobes that he was robbed by four black males on the parking lot.
