During the week of Sept. 23-29, officers and detectives answered 1,327 calls, according to Sheriff Phil Summers of the Catoosa County Sheriff's office. 68 were booked on a total of 135 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Sheriff Summers reported that in addition to answering 1327 calls, the following felony arrests were made.

James William Hefner Jr., age 43, of 1713 Cantrece Drive Rocky Face, GA was arrested September 23, 2011 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Hefner remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Amanda Lynn Higdon, age 31, of 390 Dixon Springs Road LaFayette, GA was arrested September 23, 2011 for Theft by Shoplifting. Higdon was released on $5,000 bond.

Spencer Lebron Tate, age 18, of 506 Boynton Drive Ringgold, GA was arrested September 23, 2011 for Theft by Taking. Tate was released on $5,000 bond.

Timothy Paul Bryson, age 37, of 1105 Mack Smith Road Rossville, GA was arrested September 24, 2011 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Bryson remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Robert Grady Cox, age 24, of 223 E Bryant Street Smithville, TN was arrested September 24, 2011 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Cox remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Kristin Noel Dent, age 19, of Karen Drive Ringgold, GA was arrested September 24, 2011 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Drugs to be kept in Original Container, Driving without Valid License, Proof of Insurance Required and Operation of Vehicle without Valid Tag. Dent was released on $8,500 bond.

Katherine Joyce Whiting, age 38, of 59 Champion Road Chattanooga, TN was arrested September 24, 2011 for Possession of Schedule III Drugs, Drugs to be kept in Original Container, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs and Weaving. Whiting was released on $11,000 bond.

Justin Darnell Heard, age 18, of 569 Sparks Street Ringgold, GA was arrested September 25, 2011 for Theft by Taking, Criminal Attempt to Commit Theft by Taking, seven counts of Terroristic Threats and Acts, ten counts of Simple Assault, Possession of Marijuana Less Than 1 oz, Underage Consumption / Possession of Alcohol, Disorderly Conduct, Interference with Government Property, six counts of Obstruction or Hindering Law Enforcement Officers and a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Heard remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Adam Blake Jones, age 19, of 26 Martz Drive Ringgold, GA was arrested September 25, 2011 for Terroristic Threats and Acts, Maintaining a Disorderly House, Possession of Marijuana Less Than 1 oz, and Underage Consumption / Possession of Alcohol. Jones was released on $10,000 bond.

Michael Lee Gardner, age 23, of 1933 Boynton Drive Ringgold, GA was arrested September 26, 2011 for Terroristic Threats and Acts. Gardner was released on $2,500 bond.

Michael David Henry, age 17, of 104 Golden Oaks Drive Ringgold, GA was arrested September 26, 2011 for Obstruction or Hindering Law Enforcement Officers and Disruption of Public Schools. Henry was released on $7,500 bond.

George Willard Ingram, age 34, of 1830 Fant Drive Apt B8 Fort Oglethorpe, GA was arrested September 26, 2011 for two counts of Drugs to be kept in Original Container, Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Possession of Schedule III Drugs and Driving on Suspended or Revoked License. Bond has been set at $16,500. Ingram remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Christopher Cody Peters, age 25, of 347 Stephens Lane Rising Fawn, GA was arrested September 26, 2011 for Theft by Shoplifting. Peters was released on $5,000 bond.

David Shane Reed, age 38, of 28 Independence Circle Rossville, GA was arrested September 26, 2011 for Fugitive from Justice. Reed signed Extradition and was released to Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.

Wayne Dennis Eiberger, age 28, of 607 N Valley Road Chattanooga, TN was arrested September 27, 2011 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Eiberger remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Kevin Patrick Massengale, age 45, of 56 Brookvale Terrace Rossville, GA was arrested September 27, 2011 for Issuance of Bad Checks. Massengale was released on $1,500 bond.

Matthew Wesley Stone, age 339 Nob North Drive Tunnel Hill, GA was arrested September 27, 2011 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Stone remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Amanda Marie Hedrick, age 31, of 114 Blevins Drive Lookout Mountain, TN was arrested September 28, 2011 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Hedrick remains incarcerated at CCDC.

John Tyson Huskey, age 42, of 459 Jacobs Road Ringgold, GA was arrested September 28, 2011 for Theft by Taking and a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Huskey remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Chenequa Marquietta McCormick, age 28, of 5500 Blue Springs Road Cleveland, TN was arrested September 28, 2011 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. McCormick remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Robert Isaac Pace, age 44, of 1415 E 48th Street Chattanooga, TN was arrested September 28, 2011 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Pace remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Jacob Aaron Shirley, age 28, 302 Cherry Street Rossville, GA was arrested September 28, 2011 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Shirley remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Morgan Ashley Rash, age 20, of 1804 Underwood Street Dalton, GA was arrested September 28, 2011 for Theft by Receiving Stolen Property, Giving False Name or Address to Law Enforcement Officers and Hold for Whitfield County S.O. Bond has been set at $6,000. Rash remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Derrick Lee Tester, age 33, of 1807 Riverbend Road Dalton, GA was arrested September 28, 2011 for Theft by Receiving Stolen Property, Giving False Name or Address to Law Enforcement Officers and Hold for Whitfield County S.O. No bond has been set. Tester remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Franklin Jerome Browder, age 54, of 2980 Jonesboro Road Atlanta, GA was arrested September 29, 2011 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Browder remains incarcerated at CCDC.

David Wayne Pope, age 43, of 155 Shawnee Trail Ringgold, GA was arrested September 29, 2011 for Theft of Services, Theft by Receiving Stolen Property, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Possession of Marijuana Less Than 1 oz and Drugs to be kept in Original Container. Bond has been set at $24,000. Pope remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Raymond Shane Taylor, age 27, of 4576 Arbour Drive Rock Springs, GA was arrested September 29, 2011 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Taylor remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Debra Michelle Hensley, age 33, of of 155 Shawnee Trail Ringgold, GA was arrested September 29, 2011 for Theft of Services, Theft by Receiving Stolen Property, Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Marijuana Less Than 1 oz. Hensley was released on $17,000 bond.
