3 Elected To The Chattanooga History Center Board Of Directors

The Chattanooga History Center Board of Directors will welcome three new members at its January meeting.

The trio includes Carl Henderson of Henderson Hutcherson and McCullough, PLLC, and a founding member of the 31-year old firm; Lowry Kline, attorney and former Coca-Cola Enterprises executive; William Parker, UT Journalism graduate and Publisher Emeritus of the Lookout Mountain Mirror.

All three men are community leaders with extensive experience in board service for area nonprofit organizations. They will be joining the group of people driving the development, still in progress, of the History Center’s new facility on the Tennessee Aquarium Plaza, an effort which promises to be a benchmark in the development of 21st century history presentation.

The History Center’s board is charged with the responsibility of overall management, administration of affairs, and determination of the Center’s policies. The sitting board of directors includes:

Slack - Melton Reunion June 3

Signal Mountain Genealogical Society Meeting June 5

Man Who Survived By "Playing Dead" Points To Talley, Grace As Robbers Involved In Shooting Of Him And Rapper Brikk

The California agent for a promising Chattanooga rapper on Tuesday afternoon identified Dexter Talley and Alonzo Grace as two of five men who burst into a Highway 58 area duplex and robbed and then shot him and Robert "Brikk" Brown. Wolfe Giving Obama A Run For His Money In Arkansas

Chattanooga attorney John Wolfe is giving President Obama a run for his money in Arkansas. A new poll by Talk Business-Hendrix College puts Wolfe just seven points behind the President for the upcoming Democratic primary. The poll was taken last Thursday.
