Friday, January 27, 2012

Police said they went to check out a report of a rape on 14th Avenue and found the alleged rapist sitting on a curb covered with blood.

Officers were told that family members of the alleged victim had pulled Olber Roblero off her and then attacked him.

Police said Roblero, 25, had numerous injuries to his face. He was taken in an ambulance to Erlanger Hospital, then later was charged with rape.

The victim said Roblero came to her residence with her boyfriend, Enau Hernandez.

She said she was in the backseat of the boyfriend's Ford Explorer when Roblero began forcing himself on her.

Police said the victim's sister and others saw what was happening and attacked Roblero.

Police said they noticed an abrasion on the tip of Roblero's private part. He said that resulted when he had sex with an older woman that same day.
