During the week of Jan. 20-26, officers and detectives answered 1,527 calls, according to Sheriff Phil Summers of the Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office. 69 were booked on a total of 140 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Sheriff Summers reported that in addition to answering 1,527 calls, the following felony arrests were made.

Scott Anthony Elliott, age 23, of 91 Gale Street Ringgold, GA was arrested January 20, 2012 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Elliott remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Jimmy Chas Foster, age 33, of 416 McDonald Drive Rossville, GA was arrested January 20, 2012 for two counts of Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Possession of Schedule III Drugs, Possession of Schedule IV Drugs, Possession of Marijuana Less Than 1 oz, Possession of Tools for the Commission of a Crime and Drugs to be kept in Original Container. No bond has been set. Foster remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Douglas Dale Weaver, age 50, of 5354 Old Trail Road Ringgold, GA was arrested January 20, 2012 for Child Molestation. Weaver was released on $7,500 bond.

David M Bonner, age 33, of 2200 E 35th Street Chattanooga, TN was arrested January 21, 2012 for two counts of Possession of Schedule IV Drugs, Possession of Drug Related Objects, Drugs to be kept in Original Container, Driving on Revoked or Suspended License, Open Container and Improper Turn. Bond has been set at $16,500. Bonner remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Adam Shane Maynor, age 33, of 164 E Pine Street Rossville, GA was arrested January 22, 2012 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Maynor remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Brian Patrick Neill, age 22, of 105 Acorn Lane Ft. Oglethorpe, GA was arrested January 22, 2012 for two counts of Sale of Schedule II Drugs and two counts of Use of a Communication Facility in Committing or Facilitating a Felony. No bond has been set. Neill remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Dontae Jeriel Lawery, age 21, of 3600 Gleason Drive Chattanooga, TN was arrested January 23, 2012 for five counts of Burglary, Criminal Damage to Property 2nd Degree, Obstruction or Hindering Law Enforcement, Fleeing or Attempting to Elude, Speeding and Over Taking and Passing on the Right. Bond has been set at $34,100. Lawery remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Marcus Ray Millard, age 41, of 106 Vero Beach Avenue Rossville, GA was arrested January 23, 2012 for Theft by Receiving Stolen Property. Millard was released on $5,000 bond.

Lon Taylor Willbanks, age 18, of 206 Summerville Lane Ft. Oglethorpe, GA was arrested January 23, 2012 for Forgery 1st Degree. Bond has been set at $3,500. Willbanks remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Eric Nathaniel Goble, age 27, of 131 Artic Lane Rossville, GA was arrested January 24, 2012 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Goble remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Michael Jerry Hubbard, age 26, of 307 Chambers Street Rossville, GA who is currently in custody was charged January 24, 2012 with three counts of Conspiracy to Commit a Crime – Distribution of Schedule II Drugs, Conspiracy to Commit a Crime – Escape and three counts of Use of a Communication Facility in Committing or Facilitating a Felony. No bond has been set. Hubbard remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Tracy Lynn Kellett, age 39, of 526 Nellie Head Road Tunnel Hill, GA was arrested January 24, 2012 for a Parole Violation, Criminal Trespass, two counts of Simple Battery (FVA) and two counts of Cruelty to Children 3rd Degree. No bond has been set. Kellett remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Erin Randall McGee, age 34, of 604 Salem Road Rossville, GA was arrested January 24, 2012 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. McGee remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Carrie Samantha Smith, age 39, of 150 Burton Road Rome, GA was arrested January 24, 2012 for Use of a Communication Facility in Committing or Facilitating a Felony and Criminal Attempt to Commit a Crime – Distribution of Schedule II Drugs. Smith was released on $2,000 bond.

Jeffrey Bryant Anderson, age 42, of 174 Betsy Lane Rossville, GA was arrested January 25, 2012 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Anderson remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Robbie Lynn Mayberry, age 29, of 113 Church Street Chickamauga, GA was arrested January 25, 2012 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs and Driving on Revoked or Suspended License. Bond has been set at $7,000. Mayberry remains incarcerated at CCDC.

David Wayne Pope, age 43, of 155 Shawnee Trail Ringgold, GA was arrested January 25, 2012 for Fugitive from Justice and Hold for Roane County Sheriff’s Office, TN. No bond has been set. Pope remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Dana Renee Ralston, age 41, of 301 Hickory Street Ringgold, GA was arrested January 25, 2012 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Ralston remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Donald Dewayne Roberts, age 42, of 532 Pinewood Circle Ft. Oglethorpe, GA was arrested January 25, 2012 for a Probation Violation, Driving under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs and Obstruction of an Intersection. No bond has been set. Roberts remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Barry Jacob Thomas, age 21, of 238 Mineola Avenue Rossville, GA was arrested January 25, 2012 for Statutory Rape. Thomas was released on $10,000 bond.

Jamil Labib Barhoumi, age 37, of 315 Wygoda Circle Chattanooga, TN was arrested January 26, 2012 for two counts of Forgery 1st Degree, Forgery 2nd Degree, Giving False Name or Address to Law Enforcement Officers and a Hold for the FBI. No bond has been set. Barhoumi remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Paul Joseph Chartier, age 23, of 1105 Dayton Blvd Red Bank, TN was arrested January 26, 2012 for a Bench Warrant and Bond Surrender for Statutory Rape and Child Molestation. No bond has been set. Chartier remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Lee Michael Gianaro, age 22, of 3707 Connelly Street East Ridge, TN was arrested January 26, 2012 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Gianaro remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Story Sentenced For East Ridge Burglaries Based On Fingerprint Proof

Prosecutors said fingerprints taken from two East Ridge burglaries on South Seminole helped bring the arrest of Samuel Jason Story.
