During my recent purchase of a new Subaru Outback from Kelly Subaru on Riverfront Parkway, I also purchased a maintenance service contract for routine oil changes and service.
During the few past months of enjoying my new Subaru, I have taken my Outback in for the scheduled oil changes, etc. and upon this particular visit was very dismayed to hear that I would be charged additional money for the routine service that I had already prepaid for by the maintenance agreement.
After discussion with the management and apparent that during the purchase of the maintenance agreement, I was mistakenly not informed of the intervals covered by the service agreement. Kelly Subaru's management team assured me that my services would be covered, made apologies for the confusion and my apparent dismay.
Kelly Subaru is truly a business that stands by their word and I look forward to doing business with them in the future. Thank you Ron and Bill and your staff for being a company that walks the walk and not just the talk of making their customers number one priority.
The management team at Kelly Subaru is certainly one of honesty and integrity.
