New Vehicle Sales Drop To 923 In September; 2,993 Used Vehicles Sold

There were 923 new vehicles and 2,993 used ones titled in Hamilton County in September, according to figures from the county clerk's office. The new vehicles total was the highest of the year.

Totals for September included 447 new cars and 476 new trucks sold.They included 1,573 used cars and 1,420 used trucks sold.

3 Separate Shootings Early Sunday Morning Leave 1 Critically Injured, Another In Serious Condition

Chattanooga Police responded to three shootings, early Sunday morning. Jelani Sorrell, 33, was injured in the first shooting.  Chattanooga Police officers responded at 1:26 a.m. to a person shot at the Sky Zoo Night Club.  Upon arrival they were able to locate Sorrell suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
