Chattanooga Market's Culture Fest celebration will be held on Sunday. The event will celebrate the cultural diversity of Chattanooga through arts, food, dance, music and includes a Parade of Nations. Twenty-plus local, ethnic organizations will exhibit at the Market displaying cultural artwork, offering food samples or sharing other global customs.
Activities for all ages will include: origami, yoga, dance instruction, henna hand painting, face painting, chopstick lessons, tea tasting, passport game, calligraphy, bocce and international board games.
The event is a free, fun family environment. The Market stays open later, till 5 p.m., for this event to accommodate a full schedule of events. The Festival will kick off with an opening ceremony featuring the International Ambassadors of the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce. The Chattanooga Market welcomes Allied Arts and the Chattanooga Area Chamber International Business Council this Sunday.
