Phillip Dale Ellis, 48, of Soddy Daisy, died on Sunday, October 7, 2012. He was of the Baptist Faith.

A Celebration of Life service will be at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 13, in the funeral home chapel.

His family will receive friends from 2 p.m. on Saturday until time of service Saturday at the funeral home.

Arrangements are by Williamson and Sons Funeral Home, 8852 Dayton Pike, Soddy Daisy, Tn. 37379.
