A family is offering a $5,000 reward for information on who has tossed two firebombs into their home.
The Banther family is offering the reward for information that leads to an arrest regarding two reports of arson that occurred at 7426 Igou Ferry Road on Oct. 2.
The incidents are being investigated by both the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office as well as Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearm (ATF).
Authorities said in the first incident it was determined that unknown suspect or suspects tossed a homemade fire bomb (Molotov cocktail) through the window of the door leading into the garage area of the home. The home was occupied during this arson.
The second incident occurred the next day where the suspect or suspects utilized the same tactic as the first reported arson.
