Bradley County Finance Director Lynn Burns handed out CD copies of the 2012-13 budget during a five minute commission voting meeting Monday afternoon.
The entire budget has been uploaded to the county website and can be viewed online at http://bradleyco.net/acct_budgets.aspx.
The report says over 10 percent of the county levy in 2011 was paid by 10 taxpayers - Mars, Community Health Systems, Olin Mathieson, Curacell/Gilette, Volunteer Energy, Life Care Centers, Whirlpool, Schering Plough, Arch Chemicals and BellSouth.
Top employers were Whirlpool 1,386, Peyton's Southeastern 977, SkyRidge Medical 922, Bradley County Schools 820, Walmart 664, Cleveland City Schools 640, Bradley County Schools 625, Merck 537, Lee University 501, Jackson Furniture 465.

Consent Agenda budget amendment requests from the Bradley County Sheriff’s Department, Southeast Tennessee Community Corrections, Register of Deeds, Juvenile Department BUG Grant, Emergency Management Agency and the Farmers Market North passed unanimously, along with an appointment to the Ocoee River Regional Library (Formerly Ft. Loudon Regional Library).
The Bradley County Commission will hold its next work session meeting next Monday at 7 p.m.
A joint meeting with the Cleveland City Council will be held Oct. 31 at noon at the Mountain View Inn.
