Catoosa County Arrest Report For Oct. 12-18

Here is the Catoosa County Sheriff's arrest report for Oct.12-18. According to Sheriff Phil Summers, officers and detectives answered 1,807 calls. 60 were booked on a total of 96 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Sheriff Summers reported that in addition to answering 1,807 calls, the following felony arrests were made.

Muffet Sienna Brown, age 27, of 721 Claire Street Rossville, GA was arrested October 12, 2012 for Aggravated Assault (FVA). Brown was released on $2,500 bond.

Ronnie Alton Butler, age 42, of 46 Arbor Mill Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested October 12, 2012 for Probation Violation. Butler was released with his probation reinstated.

Donjanta Antron Cal, age 39, of 2244 E 26th Street Chattanooga, TN was arrested October 12, 2012 for Forgery 3rd Degree. Cal was released on $3,500 bond.

Barry Lee Nichols, age 24, of 305 Cherry Street Rossville, GA was arrested October12, 2012 for Probation Violation, Driving on Suspended or Revoked License, Windshield Requirements and Use of False Name or Making False Statements with ID. No bond has been set. Nichols remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Lensey Marie Wallace, age 22, of 3197 Keith Road Ringgold, GA was arrested October 12, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Wallace remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Kory Lane Allmond, age 17, of 125 Rain Tree Road Ringgold, GA was arrested October 15, 2012 for four counts of Financial Transaction Card Theft and Theft by Taking. Bond has been set at $15,000. Allmond remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Aaron Anthony Holland, age 47, of 2005 David Lane Rossville, GA was arrested October 15, 2012 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs. Holland was released on $4,500 bond.

Tricia Sue Oliver, age 39, of 5290 Three Notch Road Ringgold, GA was arrested October 15, 2012 for Possession of Schedule IV Drugs, Drugs to be kept in Original Container, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs, Driving on Revoked or Suspended License and Weaving. Oliver was released on $12,500 bond.

Timothy Dewayne Moore, age 22, of 101 Forrester Road Trenton, GA was arrested October 16, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Moore remains incarcerated at CCDC.

James Ryan Tallent, age 23, of 73 B North Avenue Flintstone, GA was arrested October 17, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Tallent remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Garrett Dillon Breazeale, age 17, of 213 Hays Street Ft. Oglethorpe, GA was arrested October 18, 2012 for Burglary 1st Degree. Breazeale was released on $5,000 bond.

Vincent Zachery Buscemi, age 20, of 354 Indian Springs Road Ringgold, GA was arrested October 18, 2012 for Party to a Crime of Burglary. Buscemi was released on $5,000 bond.

David Robert Corbett Jr., age 42, of 409 Florence Street Rossville, GA was arrested October 18, 2012 for Burglary 2nd Degree. Bond has been set at $5,000. Corbett remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Noah Brandon Davis, age 22, of 277 Mitchell Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested October 18, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Davis remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Christopher Lamar Jolly, age 33, of 1434 N Smith Street Chattanooga, TN was arrested October 18, 2012 for Burglary 1st Degree. Jolly was released on $5,000 bond.

Chandler Reid McMichen, age 18, of 61 Trixie Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested October 18, 2012 for Burglary 1st Degree. Bond has been set at $5,000. McMichen remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Stephen Christian Prince, age 19, of 282 Timberland Trail Tunnel Hill, GA was arrested October 18, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Prince remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Jessica Faith Roberts, age 24, of 1434 N Smith Road Chattanooga, TN was arrested October 18, 2012 for Burglary 1st Degree. Roberts was released on $5,000 bond.

Dalton Police Seek Suspect In Motorcycle Theft

The Dalton Police Department is asking for help from the public in identifying a suspect in the April theft of a motorcycle from the parking lot of an area credit union. The incident was recorded by surveillance cameras, but only the van used in the crime was captured. The suspects could not be seen.
