Stolen items were recovered from a blue Cadillac spotted leaving the scene of a burglary, police said.
Lawarren Smith, 19, of 3347 Idlewild Dr., Apt. B, was charged with aggravated burglary.
Police said Darrell Dewain Bridges, 21, was also in the vehicle. He was charged with felony possession of a weapon.
On Sept. 1, Tory Gilmore of N. Larchmont reported a burglary at his apartment. He said someone broke into his residence and took two TVs, an Xbox and games, a Dell Laptop and a bag of marijuana.
A neighbor reported seeing 3-4 black males enter the residence and take items before leaving in a blue Cadillac. Patrol officers en route to the scene saw the Cadillac with the tag number that was given. As police tried to stop the vehicle, two black males exited. They were identified as Smith and Bridges. Smith was the driver.
Police said items taken from the Gilmore residence, except for the laptop and the bag of marijuana, were found in the Cadillac.
The owner of the Cadillac, Cassandra Kelly, confirmed that Smith had been driving her vehicle.
Smith is on bond on an aggravated robbery charge in Criminal Court.
Bridges got a three-year suspended sentence after being charged with aggravated robbery in 2009.
