Mark Making's latest collaborative public art project is 20/20 Vision. Twenty students from The Howard School were teamed with 20 professional artists to design and paint an eye representing a vision of Chattanooga’s future.
When completed, the 1,200 square foot string of eyes will signify the importance of Vision (perceptions, insights, and futures aspired to) in lives and the life of Chattanooga. The painted eyes will look towards Chattanooga; its creators will look towards the future.
The mural will be located at Riverfront Parkway and 19 Street at PSC Metals, Inc. The painting weekend is Saturday from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. 20/20 Vision is funded by PSC Metals, Inc. The Tucker Foundation and Mark Making.
