Creekside At Shallowford Hosts November Events For Seniors

Creekside at Shallowford, an independent senior living community located at 7511 Shallowford Road in Chattanooga, invites area seniors to attend their November events as they honor veterans who have so bravely served. Each event is free and open to the public. The events include: 

Friday, November 9 at 7 p.m.: Veteran's Fireside Chat - Stories to Remember by the Fire. Enjoy some beer, hot pretzels,  wings and other snacks while listening and sharing.

Saturday, November 10 from 12:30 - 3 p.m.: Salute to Veterans BBQ - Join us for a chef-prepared "Down Home BBQ" lunch and pie station. Followed by a Veterans dance to Remember!

Sunday, November 11 at 2 p.m.: Let's Talk Seniors® - Stress Management - Come and talk to a professional on how to help mom or dad deal with senior stress or depression. Light snacks will be provided.

Free Senior Health Fair At Morning Pointe Is May 29

City Council Ad Hoc Committee To Study Moving Elections To August, Adding More Districts, Staggering Terms
