Two buses will transport wheelchair-bound and handicapped residents of Whiteside Manor at 735 East 10th St. to the polls on Wednesday, county Democratic Party officials said.
Their precinct polling place has been moved from across the street to one two miles away, "but these voters are determined to cast their votes in person, so they will vote early," Democratic officials said.
The Hamilton County Democratic Party will cover the cost of the bus transportation.
Election officials said the polling place had to be moved because during the redistricting a precinct boundary line was placed in front of Whiteside Manor - so the former polling place is not in a different district.
