Here is the Catoosa County Sheriff's arrest report for Oct.19-25. According to Sheriff Phil Summers, officers and detectives answered 1,442 calls. 81 were booked on a total of 131 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Sheriff Summers reported that in addition to answering 1,442 calls, the following felony arrests were made.

Bradley Scott Gribble, age 46, of 201 Creek Springs Drive Ringgold, GA was arrested October 19, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Gribble remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Marshall Brandon Lawrence, age 18, of 81 Henegar Lane Rossville, GA was arrested October 20, 2012 for Burglary 1st Degree. Lawrence was released on $5,000 bond.

Chad Allen Sisson, age 32, of 1767 E Boy Scout Road Chattanooga, TN was arrested October 20, 2012 for a Bench Warrant for Theft by Taking and Giving False Name or Address to Law Enforcement, Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Ounce and Hold for Walker County Sheriff’s Office. No bond has been set. Sisson remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Brandon Jeffrey Daigh, age 29, of 4603 Coloniel Drive Chattanooga, TN was arrested October 22, 2012 for Probation Violation, Bench Warrant for Driving without a Valid License and Fleeing or Attempting to Elude. No bond has been set. Daigh remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Kimberly Denise Flynn, age 50, of 806 McHane Drive Chattanooga, TN was arrested October 22, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Flynn remains incarcerated at CCDC.

John Edward Jackson, age 37, of 201 Bryant Street Dalton, GA was arrested October 22, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Jackson remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Terion Donshell Koonce, age 24, of 1060 Gun Club Road Atlanta, GA was arrested October 22, 2012 for Forgery 1st Degree. Bond has been set at $5,000. Koonce remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Amy Leanne Panchal, age 32, of 36 Glass Road Lafayette, GA was arrested October 22, 2012 for Commercial Gambling. Panchal was released on $5,000 bond.

Brittany Ann Taylor, age 18, of Rear Wheel Lane East Ridge, TN was arrested October 22, 2012 for a Bench Warrant and Bond Surrender for Financial Transaction Card Fraud and Theft by Taking. Taylor was released on $5,000 bond.

Daniel Eric West, age 39, of 1188 Holcomb Road Ringgold, GA was arrested October 22, 2012 for a Bench Warrant for Burglary. No bond has been set. West remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Edin Delic, age 41, of 119 Kids Drive Dalton, GA was arrested October 23, 2012 for two counts of Theft by Taking. Delic was released on $10,000 bond.

Jimmy Lee Goins, age 39, of 4272 Highway 41 Ringgold, GA was arrested October 23, 2012 for a Bench Warrant for Possession of Methamphetamine. No bond has been set. Goins remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Shawn Michael Heard, age 20, of 545 Sparks Street Ringgold, GA was arrested October 23, 2012 for Financial Transaction Card Theft and Burglary 1st Degree. No bond has been set. Heard remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Vila Nounay, age 25, of 1057 S Seminole Drive Chattanooga, TN was arrested October 23, 2012 for Parole Violation. No bond has been set. Nounay remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Jacob Stephen Pemberton, age 19, of 702 Park Lake Road Rossville, GA was arrested October 23, 2012 for False Statement in Matters within Jurisdiction of the State, False Report of a Crime and Criminal Trespass. Bond has been set at $9,000. Pemberton remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Brandon Walter Seib, age 29, of 38 McBride Drive Chickamauga, GA was arrested October 23, 2012 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Possession of Drug Related Objects, Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Ounce, Driving on Revoked or Suspended License and Failure to Signal Turn. No bond has been set. Seib remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Lindsay Nichole Wheat, age 25, of 130 Back Draft Lane Rossville, GA was arrested October 23, 2012 for Probation Violation. Wheat was released on her own recognizance.

Robert Lee Holsomback, age 21, of 826 Stone Crest Circle Chattanooga, TN was arrested October 25, 2012 for a Bench Warrant for Burglary 1st Degree. No bond has been set. Holsomback remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Rex Barlow Shafer, age 44, of 1465 Village Oak Drive Cleveland, TN was arrested October 25, 2012 for Parole Violation. No bond has been set. Shafer remains incarcerated at CCDC.


2-Month-Old From Dalton Dies In Tragic Home Accident

A two-month-old child from Dalton, Ga., has died in a tragic incident at home with a vehicle. Azariyah Lynette Miglia died Sunday after being taken to Children's Hospital in Chattanooga.
