A Soddy Daisy man has been charged with providing alcohol to a group of teens, including a 13-year-old.
Jeffery Omalley, 49, is charged with eight counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
The arrest came after complaints from neighbors on Brookrun Drive, including one from Sgt. Mark Haskins, who works with the Chattanooga Beer Board.
Police said Omalley furnished $146 worth of alcohol to eight youths.
Officers said the 13-year-old had thrown up and urinated on himself. Another teen was found passed out in a swing in a neighbor's yard on the chilly night.
Also arrested was Billy Hindman, 19, after he was found with a set of brass knuckles and a hydrocodone pill.
