The Bryan College volleyball team traveled to Rome, Ga., on Tuesday night to compete against Shorter University, an NCAA Division II program. The Lady Lions struggled all night against the Lady Hawks as they lost in three straight sets.
Madison Akins led the defense with a team high 10 defensive digs. Chelsea Breaden had a team high 8 kills. Kaylan Dilts added 6 kills while hitting a team high .385 for the match. Taylor Fink guided the Lady Lions' offense with 22 assists for the match.
The Lady Lions are now 18-8 overall. They play again on Saturday as they host Milligan College. Bryan and Milligan are currently the top two teams in the conference. The match is scheduled to start at noon.
