Here is the Catoosa County Sheriff's arrest report for Sept. 28-Oct. 4. According to Sheriff Phil Summers, officers and detectives answered 1,523 calls. 66 were booked on a total of 136 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Anthony Lynn Bullock, age 57, of 8225 Old Mill Lane Williamsburg, VA was arrested September 29, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Bullock remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Shaun Anthony Lowrance, age 28, of 3700 Wiley Avenue Chattanooga, TN was arrested October 01, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Lowrance remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Brian Everette Strange, age 43, of 967 Hamilton Lane Kingston, TN was arrested October 01, 2012 for four counts of Forgery 1st Degree and a Hold for Rhea County, TN Sheriff’s Office. Strange was released on $14,000 bond and turned over to Rhea County Sheriff’s Office.
Timothy Franklin Tackett, age 29, of 1917 E 26th Street Chattanooga, TN was arrested October 01, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Tackett remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Christopher Paul Max, age 41, of 229 W Highway 136 Lafayette, GA was arrested October 02, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Max remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Robert Edward Sisson III, age 23, of 417 Cedar Street Dalton, GA was arrested October 02, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Sisson remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Steven Labron Ferguson Jr., age 35, of 103 Spring Place Drive Ft. Oglethorpe, GA was arrested October 03, 2012 for Probation Violation and a Bench Warrant for two counts of Simple Battery (FVA) and Criminal Trespass. No bond has been set. Ferguson remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Matthew David Hardin, age 19, of 621 Nellie Head Road Tunnel Hill, GA was arrested October 03, 2012 for Burglary 1st Degree and Theft by Taking. No bond has been set. Hardin remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Rodney Dwayne Taylor, age 43, of 72 Ernest Drive Ringgold, GA was arrested October 03, 2012 for Parole Violation. No bond has been set. Taylor remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Michael Jason Barnes, age 36, of 155 Swanne Trail Ringgold, GA was arrested October 04, 2012 for Criminal Damage to Property 2nd Degree. Barnes was released on $2,500 bond.
Don Tanner Bowman, age 21, of 76 Drew Lane Tunnel Hill, GA was arrested October 04, 2012 for Forgery 1st Degree and Theft by Taking. Bond has been set at $8,500. Bowman remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Calvin Dewayne Havner, age 41, of 5085 Stewart Road Tunnel Hill, GA was arrested October 4, 2012 for three counts of Aggravated Assault (FVA), three counts of Terroristic Threats and Acts, two counts of Cruelty to Children 1st Degree, Criminal Attempt to Commit Arson 1st Degree and Battery (FVA). No bond has been set. Havner remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Jeremy David Morris, age 18, of 1252 Grand Center Road Chickamauga, GA was arrested October 04, 2012 for Entering an Auto and Financial Transaction Card Theft. Bond has been set at $7,000. Morris remains incarcerated at CCDC.
