Pastor Paul Rebelo will present a message titled “Hope-Filled Relationships” on Sunday, Oct. 7, at 10:45 a.m. Immediately following services, the annual church-wide picnic takes place, rain or shine. Come one and all for great food, fellowship, and fun. Last names beginning with A-I should bring a veggie or potato dish; J-R, salad; and S-Z, a dessert. Fried chicken and beverages will be provided. All attendees should bring a blanket or chair.
Volunteers are busily preparing to host Family Promise families from Oct. 7-13. Meals will be prepared and served to participating families. To assist, call 267-4506.
The Brown Academy is always in need of balls for the children. With Halloween approaching, the Brown Bucks Store is requesting donations of games, toys, costumes, and trick or treat bags; no candy. Donations may be placed in the Donation Center of the church lobby.
Mark your calendars for the fourth annual Habitat All-Church Family Workday on Oct. 13. No special skills are needed; just a desire to help. Both AM and PM shifts are available. Call 267-4506 with questions.
