Ann Pruett Will Make Right Decisions For East Ridge - And Response

Friday, October 05, 2012

Early voting begins Oct. 17 and I will make sure to vote for Ann Pruett for East Ridge City Council. It is time for East Ridge to see revitalization in new and existing retail and developments. Attracting new business to the area will not only revive our city, it will create desperately needed jobs.

East Ridge is ideal for new business development given the proximity to I-24, I-75 and can be reached within minutes of several greater Chattanooga areas. We need a City Council representative who understands the value of our city and do what she can to help it grow.

Ann will make the right decisions for the East Ridge community so let’s make the right decision and vote her in.

East Ridge

* * *

As of June, several areas of East Ridge have been granted border region status. The funds designated for our area will only be utilized if we have the best organization in city government to ensure the border regions are developed properly.

Ann Pruett has East Ridge residents’ interests at heart and knows what needs to be done to make sure we take full advantage of the border region status. She will make it her goal to see border region projects approved, planned and accomplished.

Ann knows how important retail development is for any city and especially for her hometown. In a struggling economy where new construction projects are few and far between, the incentives granted to East Ridge’s region is a rare gift not to be wasted.

Vote for Ann Pruett to East Ridge City Council so we can ensure that we can get the most out of the grants and tax incentives and rebuild East Ridge’s retail community.

Unbeaten Country Club Swimmers Still Leading White Division

The Country Club Wavemakers have been a dominant force in the Chattanooga Area Swim League in years past when they were associated with Shepherd Hills. That was back about 30 or more years ago when they always had some incredible dual meets with the Cumberland Youth Foundation. Times have changed since those glory days, but coach Stan Corcoran is working hard to ... (click for more)
