Monterius Rollins Shot And Killed On Arcadia Circle; Investigation Continues

One person is dead after a shooting on Friday afternoon. He was identified as 18-year-old Monterius Rollins.

Chattanooga Police officers responded at 3:22 p.m. to a person shot  at 1111 Arcadia Ave. Upon arrival, officers discovered a  black male with a  gunshot wound. The victim was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced deceased. 

There is no suspect information at this time.

This case is pending.

Police Blotter: Mapco Clerks Catch 1 Fake $100 Bill, Miss Another; Man Booted After Girlfriend Finds Him Asking Other Women For Nude Photos

A clerk at the Mapco on Hamill Road said a man had handed him what he thought was a hundred dollar bill and he almost gave him the change in return. The clerk said he never gave the man the money, but when he confronted the suspect he left the area. The "100 dollar bill" clearly had printed on it front and back it was for motion picture use only.
